Regional Student Foresight-Festival ”A Trial Step into the Future: Potato in the Present and the Future”

The event Regional Student Foresight-Festival was held within the framework of the Day of the Future of Finland by ”University of Competencies” (LOIRO, Petersburg, Russia) in cooperation with the Regional Vocational College TREDU (Tampere, Finland).

Regional Student Foresight Festival ”Potato: the Present and the Future” was organized in the Vsevolozhsk Agro-Industrial Vocational College and the ”University of Competencies” in partnership within the regional innovation network of GAU DPO LOIRO – GAPOU LO VATT, Department of Management of LOIRO, FSBOU VO St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, CJSC Tribal Plant ”Prinevskoye,” Vsevolozhsk Center. College and high school students presented their projects related to the cultivation and consumption of potatoes in the Leningrad region.
The event is a good start to the further development of the idea not only for the Leningrad region but also, it is a starting point for the preparation of the International Foresight Festival, which will be held in 2022 for representatives from other regions of Russia and Finland.
The start of interesting and productive work is laid!
