Futures Day 2021 for Kryvyi Rih City by State University of Economics and Technology, Ukraine

Futures Day 2021 in Ukraine, Kryvyi Rih city, is held by State University of Economics and Technology. Futures Day sessions based on methods of the Foresight and Futures Literacy. ”Conductors to the collective future” this time will be experts from Ukraine (Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih) and Finland (Helsinki, Tampere). They will introduce the participants to the key principles of collective thinking about the futures, developed by experts of the Finnish Society for Futures Studies (FSFS) https://www.tutuseura.fi/english/. The HORIZON wheel will make possible future prospects more tangible, and the FUTURES TABLE will allow us to compare our own activity with them. After all, it’s not enough to dream about the future, it must be created together: through joint thinking, through the choice of the desired options for the development of events and our own active actions. The future is controlled by our ability to talk and negotiate, coordinate activities, and create together. So let create the best future for ourselves and for others.
